Avocado Toast with Egg and Veggies
Ingredients
- 2 slices grain-free bread
- 1 avocado
- Red pepper flakes
- Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning
- Spinach
- Tomatoes
- Primal Palate breakfast blend
- Feta cheese
- 1 egg
Preparation
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
Sauté spinach and tomatoes with Primal Palate breakfast blend until wilted.
Fry the egg until crispy.
Mash the avocado and top one slice with red pepper flakes and the other with everything but the bagel seasoning.
Assemble by placing the sautéed vegetables and feta on the toasts, then add the fried egg on top.
