Cinnamon Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl with Fruits
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 medjool date, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan.
Bring to a simmer.
Cook oats until most of the liquids have absorbed into the oats.
Feel free to adjust seasonings to your liking.
Serve as desired topped with fruit.
