Cinnamon Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl with Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 medjool date, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a sauce pan.

  2. Bring to a simmer.

  3. Cook oats until most of the liquids have absorbed into the oats.

  4. Feel free to adjust seasonings to your liking.

  5. Serve as desired topped with fruit.
