Dreamy Creamy Cold Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Bananas frozen
  • Bananas for caramelizing
  • Cashewnuts handful soaked
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Blue matcha
  • I Ripe pear
  • Oats 3tbsp
  • Soy milk 1cup
  • Raw agave 2tsp

Preparation

  1. Soak oats in soymilk overnight

  2. In the morning add oats , cashewsnuts , vanilla, rawagave , pear ,blue matcha in a blender and mix it well

  3. Once oats are mixed add frozen bananas to it depending how thick you want the consistency to be ... I added 1/ 1/2 frozen bananas to it

  4. Caramelize bananas in coconut oil and brown sugar

  5. Finish off the bowl layering it with fresh and thawed blueberries and bananas and can add crunchy granola

  6. Cold yummy breakfast ready for you all
