Banana Coconut and Blueberry Yoghurt Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 50 g rolled oats
- 250 g low fat yoghurt
- 20 g shredded coconut
- banana
- blueberry yoghurt
Preparation
Mix 50 g rolled oats, 250 g low fat yoghurt, and 20 g shredded coconut in a small container with a lid.
Place the container in the fridge overnight to soften.
The next morning, transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Top with sliced banana, additional shredded coconut, and blueberry yoghurt.
You can use your favorite yoghurt for this recipe.
