Banana Coconut and Blueberry Yoghurt Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 250 g low fat yoghurt
  • 20 g shredded coconut
  • banana
  • blueberry yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Mix 50 g rolled oats, 250 g low fat yoghurt, and 20 g shredded coconut in a small container with a lid.

  2. Place the container in the fridge overnight to soften.

  3. The next morning, transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  4. Top with sliced banana, additional shredded coconut, and blueberry yoghurt.

  5. You can use your favorite yoghurt for this recipe.
