Valentine's Day Heart Yoghurt Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 40 g rolled oats
- 250 g low fat yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 20 g shredded coconut
- Pomegranate seeds
Preparation
Mix 40 g rolled oats with 250 g low fat yoghurt, 1 tablespoon flaxseeds, and 20 g shredded coconut in a small container with a lid.
Place the container in the fridge overnight to soften.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl in the morning.
Top with pomegranate seeds arranged in the shape of a heart.
You can use your favorite yoghurt for this recipe.
