Valentine's Day Heart Yoghurt Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 250 g low fat yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 20 g shredded coconut
  • Pomegranate seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix 40 g rolled oats with 250 g low fat yoghurt, 1 tablespoon flaxseeds, and 20 g shredded coconut in a small container with a lid.

  2. Place the container in the fridge overnight to soften.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl in the morning.

  4. Top with pomegranate seeds arranged in the shape of a heart.

  5. You can use your favorite yoghurt for this recipe.
