Yoghurt Overnight Oats with Pomegranate Heart

Ingredients

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 250 g low fat yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 20 g shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Mix the rolled oats, yoghurt, flaxseeds, and shredded coconut in a small container with a lid.

  2. Place the container in the refrigerator overnight to soften.

  3. In the morning, transfer the mixture to a bowl and top with pomegranate seeds, forming a heart shape.
