Yoghurt Overnight Oats with Pomegranate Heart
Ingredients
- 40 g rolled oats
- 250 g low fat yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 20 g shredded coconut
Toppings
- pomegranate seeds
Preparation
Mix the rolled oats, yoghurt, flaxseeds, and shredded coconut in a small container with a lid.
Place the container in the refrigerator overnight to soften.
In the morning, transfer the mixture to a bowl and top with pomegranate seeds, forming a heart shape.
