Blueberry Kodiak Pancakes with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes mix
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 1 egg white
- cinnamon
Toppings
- berries
- organic peanut butter
- original granola
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the Kodiak Cakes mix, cashew milk, egg white, and cinnamon to form the batter.
Stir blueberries into the batter.
Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat and cook the batter in small portions until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the pancakes topped with fresh berries, organic peanut butter, and granola.
