Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kodiak cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop furtherfood collagen
  • 1 egg white
  • cinnamon

Toppings

  • berries
  • granola
  • yogurt
  • peanut butter

Preparation

Pancake

  1. Mix all ingredients together to form a batter

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the batter into pancakes until golden brown on both sides

Assembly

  1. Place yogurt in a bowl

  2. Add the cooked pancakes to the bowl

  3. Top with berries, granola, and peanut butter
