Healthy Protein Pancakes with Yogurt Topping
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kodiak cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop furtherfood collagen
- 1 egg white
- cinnamon
Toppings
- berries
- granola
- yogurt
- peanut butter
Preparation
Pancake
Mix all ingredients together to form a batter
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the batter into pancakes until golden brown on both sides
Assembly
Place yogurt in a bowl
Add the cooked pancakes to the bowl
Top with berries, granola, and peanut butter
