Cinnamon Apple Collagen French Toast
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons egg whites
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop furtherfood collagen
- cinnamon
- splash of vanilla extract
- 2 pieces barelybread cinnamon raisin grain free bread
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- yogurt
- gr8nola
- berries
- roasted spaghetti squash seeds
Preparation
Mix 3 tablespoons egg whites with 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop furtherfood collagen, cinnamon, and a splash of vanilla extract.
Soak two pieces of barelybread cinnamon raisin grain free bread in the mixture.
Heat on a skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
Cut apple into slices.
Place slices in a bowl, add about 1 teaspoon ghee and cinnamon.
Sauté the apple slices in the skillet, using the same pan as the French toast if possible.
Top the French toast with yogurt, gr8nola, berries, and roasted spaghetti squash seeds.
