Stack of Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed ripe banana
  • 2 dl flour
  • 2 dl oatmilk
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and vanilla powder in a bowl.

  2. Mash banana and combine with wet ingredients: oatmilk, agave syrup, and melted coconut oil in another bowl.

  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures to form a smooth batter.

  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease if needed.

  5. Pour batter onto pan to make pancakes, cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.

  6. Serve pancakes topped with fresh fruit and white chocolate.
