Chunky Monkey Oat Bowl

Ingredients

  • -1 cup unsweetened almond milk -1/2 cup rolled oats -1 very ripe banana -1 tsp cinnamon
  • -2 tsp maple syrup -1 tbsp peanut butter -2 tbsp chocolate chips -2 tsp chia seeds
  • -2 tsp cacao nibs -handful of frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Bring 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water/any kind of milk) to a boil then stir in the rolled oats

  2. While it’s cooking mash a very ripe banana

  3. Once the liquid is mostly absorbed/gone, stir in the banana, cinnamon, and maple syrup

  4. Top with chocolate chips, peanut butter, cacao nibs, and chia seeds

  5. I also added some frozen bloobs
