Pink White Chocolate Berry Cups

Ingredients

  • 450g white vegan chocolate
  • 40g macro mike jam drop flavor protein
  • 25g PB+
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp unicorn superfoods Beauty Blend

Preparation

  1. Line a cupcake tray with wrappers.

  2. Mix up all ingredients for the filling (everything but the chocolate) and set aside.

  3. Melt chocolate until smooth. Add about a tablespoon or two into each cup to form the base, then pop in the freezer for 5 minutes to harden.

  4. Add a dollop of the berry mixture into the centre of each, and seal with more chocolate to form the cups. Refrigerate and enjoy.
