Pink White Chocolate Berry Cups
Ingredients
- 450g white vegan chocolate
- 40g macro mike jam drop flavor protein
- 25g PB+
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp unicorn superfoods Beauty Blend
Preparation
Line a cupcake tray with wrappers.
Mix up all ingredients for the filling (everything but the chocolate) and set aside.
Melt chocolate until smooth. Add about a tablespoon or two into each cup to form the base, then pop in the freezer for 5 minutes to harden.
Add a dollop of the berry mixture into the centre of each, and seal with more chocolate to form the cups. Refrigerate and enjoy.
