Raw Banoffee Dessert Bars

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup (100g) ground almonds (if available)
  • 1 cup (125g) oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) coconut oil
  • 1.5 tbsp agave syrup or liquid sweetener

Banoffee

  • 5 bananas
  • 2 Medjool Dates
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 3/4 cup almond/oat/rice milk

Preparation

  1. Mix the base ingredients until a paste-like texture is formed.

  2. Mould into your baking tin or tray, and refrigerate.

  3. Blend your frosting ingredients together.

  4. Pour onto the base and leave to freeze for at least 2 hours.

  5. Cut a slice and enjoy when desired.
