Layered Brownie Cheesecake with Oreos
Ingredients
- 1 500g container of cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 package brownie mix
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Line a mold with aluminum foil and grease it. Prepare the brownie batter and place it in the mold.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until almost set.
Beat cream cheese with sugar, add the cream and then the eggs one by one.
Arrange the Oreo cookies on the partially baked brownie: whole, cut in half, and chopped.
Cover with the cream cheese mixture and the chopped Oreos.
Bake for another 35-40 minutes, cool and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Unmold and cut into squares.
