Layered Brownie Cheesecake with Oreos

Ingredients

  • 1 500g container of cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1 package brownie mix

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.

  2. Line a mold with aluminum foil and grease it. Prepare the brownie batter and place it in the mold.

  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until almost set.

  4. Beat cream cheese with sugar, add the cream and then the eggs one by one.

  5. Arrange the Oreo cookies on the partially baked brownie: whole, cut in half, and chopped.

  6. Cover with the cream cheese mixture and the chopped Oreos.

  7. Bake for another 35-40 minutes, cool and refrigerate for 3 hours.

  8. Unmold and cut into squares.

  9. Enjoy!
