Passion Fruit Gelatin Mousse with Passion Fruit Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 boxes passion fruit gelatin

Sauce

  • 1 passion fruit
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 150 ml water

Preparation

  1. Heat the milk until very hot

  2. Stir in the gelatin until dissolved

  3. Let the mixture cool slightly

  4. Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth

  5. Pour the mixture into a pudding mold

  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight

Sauce

  1. In a saucepan, combine passion fruit, sugar, and water

  2. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened

  3. Let the sauce cool slightly

  4. Unmold the mousse onto a serving plate

  5. Drizzle the sauce over the mousse
