Passion Fruit Gelatin Mousse with Passion Fruit Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 2 boxes passion fruit gelatin
Sauce
- 1 passion fruit
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 150 ml water
Preparation
Heat the milk until very hot
Stir in the gelatin until dissolved
Let the mixture cool slightly
Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth
Pour the mixture into a pudding mold
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
Sauce
In a saucepan, combine passion fruit, sugar, and water
Bring to a boil and cook until thickened
Let the sauce cool slightly
Unmold the mousse onto a serving plate
Drizzle the sauce over the mousse
