Peanut Butter Overnight Oats with Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

To serve

  • 1-2 tbsps peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberries and raspberries
  • 2-4 tbsps almond milk yogurt

Preparation

  1. Place ingredients into a container, mix well to combine. Store in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours.

  2. Swirl peanut butter around the inside of your glass, then layer your peanut butter overnight oats and fresh berries.

  3. Top with a little extra almond milk yogurt, and berries. Enjoy!
