Peanut Butter Overnight Oats with Berries
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
To serve
- 1-2 tbsps peanut butter
- 1/2 cup strawberries and raspberries
- 2-4 tbsps almond milk yogurt
Preparation
Place ingredients into a container, mix well to combine. Store in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours.
Swirl peanut butter around the inside of your glass, then layer your peanut butter overnight oats and fresh berries.
Top with a little extra almond milk yogurt, and berries. Enjoy!
