Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 200ml milk

Eye components
- White chocolate
- Dark chocolate callet
- Veggie gel

Preparation
Cook the oats, milk, sugar, and raspberry jam together until thick and gloopy to make the porridge base
Gently steam the white chocolate over boiling water for a short time using a cocktail stick
Attach a dark chocolate callet to the melted white chocolate to form the iris
Dip the chocolate eye in veggie gel flavored with raspberry and a few drops of stevia, repeating several times to create a small dome and allowing it to set
Cool the eye components in the refrigerator until fully set
Use a cocktail stick and cake gels to add details like the pupil and blood vessels to the eye
Assemble the porridge by topping it with the prepared chocolate eye before serving
