Simple No-Bake Chocolate Tart
Ingredients
- 6 Oreos
- 15 gm / 1/2 tbsp melted butter
- 40 gm dark chocolate, melted
- 40 gm fresh cream
Preparation
Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter.
Press the mixture firmly into the base of your tart ring.
Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Stir the melted chocolate and fresh cream together until smooth and lump-free to make the ganache.
Pour the ganache over the biscuit base.
Chill the tart in the refrigerator until firm enough to unmold.
Tips
Freeze for 15–20 minutes to easily unmold and serve.
