Peanut Butter and Berry Chia Jam Sandwich

Ingredients

  • sourdough bread
  • creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar

Preparation

  1. Microwave the berries for 1 minute until they become mushy and watered down, then smash them with a spoon, add the sugar and chia seeds, mix well, and microwave for another minute.

  2. Toast the bread, spread peanut butter on it, and spoon the jam on top.
