Peanut Butter and Berry Chia Jam Sandwich
Ingredients
- sourdough bread
- creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
Preparation
Microwave the berries for 1 minute until they become mushy and watered down, then smash them with a spoon, add the sugar and chia seeds, mix well, and microwave for another minute.
Toast the bread, spread peanut butter on it, and spoon the jam on top.
