Chocolate Chia Pudding with Homemade Berry Jam
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup chocolate plant milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp natural plant yoghurt
Jam components
- Frozen berries
- Chia seeds (optional)
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or jar, mix a couple of times in the first 10 minutes.
Leave for at least 30 minutes to soak.
Serve with some jam, fresh fruit or other toppings of choice.
Jam method
Defrost some frozen berries. Optionally, let them defrost overnight to avoid cooking, but you can cook them if desired.
Add some chia seeds to thicken, though this is optional.
