Chocolate Blueberry Baked Oatmeal Breakfast Dish
Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup milk (sub any plant based milk)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (can use frozen)
- 1/4 cup craisins
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a pan (use an 8x8 inch pan).
Beat the egg.
Add milk, oats, and all dry ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips, craisins, and blueberries.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Top with nonfat Greek yogurt, honey, sunbutter, more cinnamon, and fresh or heated up berries.
