Crispy Ice Cream Cookies

Ingredients

  • 200 grams softened butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (130 grams)
  • 130 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 cup starch (130 grams)
  • 4 cups flour (520 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (level)
  • 1 teacup milk chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips and flour, and mix them together.

  2. Gradually add the flour and mix carefully to form a soft dough.

  3. Add the chocolate chips and knead the mixture.

  4. Shape the dough using an ice cream scoop and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced apart.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C with top and bottom heat for 23-24 minutes until set but not browned, monitoring carefully.
