Honey Mustard Chicken Melt with Apple Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boars Head FireSmith Flame Grilled Chicken
  • 4 buns
  • 4 slices of white cheddar

Apple slaw

  • 1 bag of coleslaw
  • 2 apples, shredded
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Honey mustard

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together the slaw ingredients.

  2. In another bowl, mix together the honey mustard ingredients.

  3. Preheat oven to 375F.

  4. Line a pan with parchment paper.

  5. Assemble your sandwiches.

  6. Add a thin layer of honey mustard, then layer on the chicken.

  7. Top with white cheddar.

  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

  9. Add the apple slaw and your sandwiches are complete.
