Sweet and Savory Japanese Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 1 Japanese sweet potato
- 1/2 mashed avocado
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Preparation
Slice the sweet potato into fries.
Broil on high at 500F on the bottom shelf for 10-12 minutes.
Mash half an avocado.
Melt one tablespoon of almond butter.
Pair the broiled sweet potato fries with the mashed avocado and melted almond butter.
Tips
This method is quicker but baking at 400F for 35 minutes may taste better if time allows.
