Vegan Baked Apple

Ingredients

  • 3 medium to large apples, cut in half and scoop out the inner core to have like a little gap to fill the apples with the granola
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 or 2 scoops of vegan vanilla ice cream (I have a recipe on my feed, if you can't buy a already made one, just scroll through to find it)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 185 C°

  2. Arrange the apples as told before and put them in a baking dish

  3. Next, combine in a medium bowl the melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon

  4. Stir everything in the bowl together really well

  5. Now, spoon the oat mixture evenly into the centers of the apples

  6. Bake for around 20-25 minutes until you seem the apples turning golden brown

  7. Just serve them with some vanilla ice cream and you can top everything with a vegan caramel sauce or some maple syrup! Enjoy this VEGAN WINTER DESSERT
