Vegetarian Lasagne with Chips and Salad
Ingredients
- Morrisons meat free mince
- Water (about half a bag)
- Tesco rich and smokey stock pot
- Onion salt
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Sweet smoked paprika
- Tomato puree (most of a tube)
- Chilli puree
- Sweetener or sugar
- 300ml water
- 6 Laughing Cow extra light cheese triangles
- Mustard
- 1 tablespoon cornflour mixed with a little cold water
- Lasagne sheets
- Grated mozzarella
Preparation
Cook the mince mixture with water, stock pot, seasonings, tomato puree, chilli puree, and sweetener or sugar until thickened and nice and thick.
Make the cheese sauce by whisking water, cheese triangles, garlic powder, onion salt, mustard, and cornflour mixture until the cheese is broken down.
Pre-boil the lasagne sheets if preferred.
Layer the lasagne with the sauce, cheese sauce, and sheets in a baking dish.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then top with grated mozzarella and bake for another 7 minutes.
Prepare actifried chips in an air fryer.
Serve with salad.
Tips
Pre-boiling lasagne sheets is optional and based on personal preference.
