Very Cherry Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • half smashed banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Trader Joe's frozen very cherry blend
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • dash vanilla extract
  • dash cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

  3. Top with homemade cherry compote and almond butter.

  4. Enjoy.
