Vegan Breakfast Pancakes with Chocolate and Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • rich dark chocolate
  • cranberries
  • blueberries
  • coconut sugar for topping

Preparation

  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Separately combine wet ingredients.

  3. Combine all ingredients together.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate for toppings.

  5. Simmer coconut sugar until thickened then pour over the chocolate.

  6. Add cranberries and blueberries to the toppings.

  7. Enjoy!
