Almond Butter and Jam Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp beet powder (optional)
  • 3/4 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Almond butter
  • Raspberry chia jam
  • Yogurt

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together and put it in the fridge to set.

  2. When ready to eat, smear a couple of teaspoons of almond butter inside the jar.

  3. Drop a dollop of your favorite jam and spread it around.

  4. Spoon in the now set overnight oats and top with yogurt and more jam.

Tips

  1. It doesn't need to set overnight; a couple of hours will suffice, but for convenience, make it the night before.
