Almond Butter and Jam Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp beet powder (optional)
- 3/4 cup soy milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Almond butter
- Raspberry chia jam
- Yogurt
Preparation
Mix everything together and put it in the fridge to set.
When ready to eat, smear a couple of teaspoons of almond butter inside the jar.
Drop a dollop of your favorite jam and spread it around.
Spoon in the now set overnight oats and top with yogurt and more jam.
Tips
It doesn't need to set overnight; a couple of hours will suffice, but for convenience, make it the night before.
