Biscuit-Topped Semolina Milk Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons coconut
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • Chocolate biscuits

Topping

  • Chocolate sauce

Decoration

  • Coconut

Preparation

  1. Combine milk, sugar, semolina, and coconut in a pot, stir, and place on the stove.

  2. Stir until the mixture boils, then add vanilla, stir, and turn off the heat.

  3. Lightly wet a baking dish with water.

  4. Pour the mixture into the dish and insert biscuits vertically.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.

  6. Remove from the fridge, invert onto a serving plate, and unmold.

  7. Pour chocolate sauce over the top.

  8. Decorate as desired.
