Biscuit-Topped Semolina Milk Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons coconut
- 1 packet vanilla
- Chocolate biscuits

- Chocolate sauce

Preparation
Combine milk, sugar, semolina, and coconut in a pot, stir, and place on the stove.
Stir until the mixture boils, then add vanilla, stir, and turn off the heat.
Lightly wet a baking dish with water.
Pour the mixture into the dish and insert biscuits vertically.
Chill in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove from the fridge, invert onto a serving plate, and unmold.
Pour chocolate sauce over the top.
Decorate as desired.
