No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 packages tea biscuits
  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour (heaping)
  • 2.5 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 80 grams milk chocolate

Glaze

  • Half package cream
  • 2 packages milk chocolate

Preparation

  1. Add 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 2.5 tablespoons cornstarch, and 3 tablespoons cocoa to 1 liter milk in a pot and stir well.

  2. Place the pot on the stove and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

  3. Remove from heat, add 1 packet vanilla, 1 tablespoon butter, and 80 grams milk chocolate; stir until the chocolate melts completely and let cool for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Arrange a single layer of biscuits in a large square baking dish.

  5. Spread a portion of the chocolate mixture over the biscuits.

  6. Repeat the layering with biscuits and chocolate mixture until all are used; optionally add nuts, hazelnuts, or chocolate chips between layers.

  7. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.

  8. For the glaze, heat half a package of cream and add 2 packages of milk chocolate; stir until melted.

  9. Spread the glaze over the cake and refrigerate until set.
