No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake
Ingredients
- 2 packages tea biscuits
- 1 liter milk
- 2 tablespoons flour (heaping)
- 2.5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 packet vanilla
- 80 grams milk chocolate
Glaze
- Half package cream
- 2 packages milk chocolate
Preparation
Add 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 2.5 tablespoons cornstarch, and 3 tablespoons cocoa to 1 liter milk in a pot and stir well.
Place the pot on the stove and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat, add 1 packet vanilla, 1 tablespoon butter, and 80 grams milk chocolate; stir until the chocolate melts completely and let cool for 1-2 minutes.
Arrange a single layer of biscuits in a large square baking dish.
Spread a portion of the chocolate mixture over the biscuits.
Repeat the layering with biscuits and chocolate mixture until all are used; optionally add nuts, hazelnuts, or chocolate chips between layers.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
For the glaze, heat half a package of cream and add 2 packages of milk chocolate; stir until melted.
Spread the glaze over the cake and refrigerate until set.
