Easy Three-Spoon Turkish Dessert

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons semolina
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 packet baking powder

Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius

  2. Mix all the ingredients together to form a batter

  3. Bake in a greased baking dish for 20 minutes

  4. Prepare the syrup by stirring sugar and milk until the sugar dissolves, without boiling

  5. Remove the baked dessert from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes

  6. Pour the syrup evenly over the dessert
