Chocolate Espresso Coconut Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp instant espresso powder
- pinch of flaky sea salt
Toppings
- toasted coconut
- sliced banana
Preparation
Whisk together all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Over medium-high heat, cook until desired consistency.
Serve and top oats with toasted coconut and sliced banana.
