Chocolate Espresso Coconut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp instant espresso powder
  • pinch of flaky sea salt

Toppings

  • toasted coconut
  • sliced banana

Preparation

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small saucepan.

  2. Over medium-high heat, cook until desired consistency.

  3. Serve and top oats with toasted coconut and sliced banana.
