Crispy Rose-Shaped Turkish Pastry

Ingredients

  • 6 sheets phyllo dough
  • 1 tea glass milk (125 ml)
  • 1 tea glass liquid oil (125 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • 200 grams cheese

Preparation

  1. Mix milk, liquid oil, flour, and salt together to create a brushing mixture

  2. Lay out phyllo sheets and brush each with the mixture

  3. Add cheese filling to the phyllo sheets

  4. Shape the filled phyllo into rose forms

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30 to 35 minutes until crispy and golden
