Crispy Rose-Shaped Turkish Pastry
Ingredients
- 6 sheets phyllo dough
- 1 tea glass milk (125 ml)
- 1 tea glass liquid oil (125 ml)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- a pinch of salt
- 200 grams cheese
Preparation
Mix milk, liquid oil, flour, and salt together to create a brushing mixture
Lay out phyllo sheets and brush each with the mixture
Add cheese filling to the phyllo sheets
Shape the filled phyllo into rose forms
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30 to 35 minutes until crispy and golden
