Easy Homemade Spiced Pineapple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 750 milliliters water
  • 3 cinnamon sticks

Preparation

  1. Cut the pineapple to desired size and boil it together with water, sugar, and cinnamon.

  2. Cook until the mixture boils, then cover the pot and let the pineapple wilt.

  3. Serve cold.

Notes
