Easy Vegan Protein Bars with Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1.2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 6 tbsp pea protein powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 16 soft dates
- 1 tbsp plant milk
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Store the bars in the freezer for up to 10 days.
