Easy Vegan Protein Bars with Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1.2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 6 tbsp pea protein powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 16 soft dates
  • 1 tbsp plant milk
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Store the bars in the freezer for up to 10 days.
