Egg in a Hole Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 slice white bread
- 1 egg
- a little margarine
- parsley (optional)
- salt (optional)
Accompaniments
- sauce and mayonnaise
Preparation
Heat the pan and add a little margarine.
Prepare the bread by removing the center with a glass to create a hole.
Place the bread in the pan on low heat, add the egg to the hole, sprinkle a little salt, and then add parsley.
Cover the pan and cook until the egg is half done or the bread is golden brown, then remove and serve.
