Egg in a Hole Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice white bread
  • 1 egg
  • a little margarine
  • parsley (optional)
  • salt (optional)

Accompaniments

  • sauce and mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Heat the pan and add a little margarine.

  2. Prepare the bread by removing the center with a glass to create a hole.

  3. Place the bread in the pan on low heat, add the egg to the hole, sprinkle a little salt, and then add parsley.

  4. Cover the pan and cook until the egg is half done or the bread is golden brown, then remove and serve.
