Kale Salmon Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- Salmon
- Kale, washed, trimmed and torn into pieces
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Caesar dressing (store bought or homemade)
- Handful of Parmesan Whisps snacks
Preparation
Pat dry the salmon and season with your go-to seasoning.
Pan fry in avocado oil on medium-high heat, starting with skin side up for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes. Option to grill or bake.
Massage the kale with a little olive oil until it becomes soft.
Toss with Caesar dressing.
Top with the salmon and crushed Parmesan Whisps snacks.
Tips
Cook salmon using preferred methods such as BBQ, oven baking, or air frying.
