Mini Marinara Meatball Subs with Corn

Ingredients

  • 6 cooked no-beef meatballs
  • 2 mini sub rolls
  • 20 grams grated mozzarella cheese
  • Salad

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • Tomato puree
  • Water
  • Spicy bacon seasoning

Corn

  • Corn cobs
  • Bacon powder

Preparation

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients together.

  2. Cover the cooked meatballs with the sauce.

  3. Cut the mini sub rolls and press dents into the bottoms using your fingers.

  4. Place the sauce-covered meatballs into the dents in the rolls.

  5. Top with grated mozzarella cheese.

  6. Bake in the oven for 6 minutes.

Corn

  1. Boil the corn cobs until tender.

  2. Roast the boiled corn cobs.

  3. Dust with bacon powder.
