Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 banana, sliced up
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk ?
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Cook and stir until oatmeal thickens, about 3-5 minutes
Serve as desired
I went with gooseberries, blackberries, blueberries and peanut butter
