Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 banana, sliced up
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk ?

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  2. Cook and stir until oatmeal thickens, about 3-5 minutes

  3. Serve as desired

  4. I went with gooseberries, blackberries, blueberries and peanut butter
