Quick Instant Bircher Muesli Breakfast Option
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats, lightly ground
- 1 apple, grated
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Two small handfuls raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp plant-based milk of choice
- 4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon (to taste)
- Maple syrup to taste (optional)
- Optional add-ins: cacao nibs and almond butter
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
Leave the mixture for a few minutes until it becomes creamy.
Enjoy as is, or adjust the liquid amount based on preference.
