Quick Instant Bircher Muesli Breakfast Option

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats, lightly ground
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Two small handfuls raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp plant-based milk of choice
  • 4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon (to taste)
  • Maple syrup to taste (optional)
  • Optional add-ins: cacao nibs and almond butter

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
