Red Sea Crab Stick Salad

Ingredients

  • 250 g crab sticks
  • 150 g hard cheese
  • 2-3 red tomatoes
  • 1-2 red bell peppers
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise for dressing

Preparation

  1. Remove the juicy middle from the tomatoes to prevent excess water.

  2. Cut all the ingredients into small pieces.

  3. Combine the chopped ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Dress the salad with mayonnaise.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.

  6. Serve immediately.
