Simple Pan-Fried Salmon with Asparagus
Ingredients
- salmon
- asparagus
- salt
- pepper
- lemon juice (optional)
- olive oil or butter
- garlic
Preparation
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon.
Optionally, add a little lemon juice to the salmon.
Fry the salmon in a small amount of olive oil or butter to your desired doneness.
Chop the garlic and add it to the asparagus.
