Thai Steamed Fish with Sauce
Ingredients
- 500 grams fish
- 1 fish or chicken stock cube
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 5 tablespoons white or brown sugar
- 7 cloves garlic
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 stalks coriander leaves
- 10-20 bird's eye chilies
- 1/2 cup hot water
Preparation
Prepare a wok and heat the water
Mix all the ingredients in a separate bowl
Pour the mixture evenly over the fish
Steam for 10 to 15 minutes
