Thai Steamed Fish with Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 grams fish
  • 1 fish or chicken stock cube
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 5 tablespoons white or brown sugar
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 stalks coriander leaves
  • 10-20 bird's eye chilies
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Preparation

  1. Prepare a wok and heat the water

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a separate bowl

  3. Pour the mixture evenly over the fish

  4. Steam for 10 to 15 minutes
