Vegan Pumpkin Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 dl flour
- 2 dl oatmilk
- 1 dl pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- A pinch of salt
Toppings
- whipped cream
- pecan nuts
- cinnamon
- agave syrup
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl
Mix wet ingredients together in another bowl
Combine wet and dry mixtures to form a batter
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease if necessary
Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side until golden
Serve pancakes with whipped cream, pecan nuts, cinnamon, and agave syrup on top
