Ingredients

  • Butterpak spreadable butter
  • Wild rocket
  • Hash browns
  • Lincolnshire sausages
  • Meat-free bacon
  • Egg
  • Sea salt
  • Chilli flakes
  • Chives

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven according to package instructions for hash browns, sausages, and bacon

  2. Cook hash browns, sausages, and bacon in the oven until done, then slice the sausages

  3. Fry the egg in a pan until cooked to your liking

  4. Butter the white bun with spreadable butter

  5. Assemble the butty by layering wild rocket, cooked hash browns, sausages, bacon, and fried egg inside the bun

  6. Season with sea salt, chilli flakes, and chives before serving
