Chocolate Oat Pancakes with Cashewgurt Topping
Ingredients
- 60 grams oats
- 2 dates
- 1/2 banana
- 1 flaxseed egg (1 tablespoon flaxseed and 3 tablespoons water)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened organic soymilk
- Agave inulin (amount not specified)
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- Baking powder (optional)
- Apple cider vinegar (optional, a splash)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
For fluffier pancakes, add baking powder and a splash of apple cider vinegar to the blend.
Place the batter on a pan and cover it to cook.
Serve the pancakes topped with cashewgurt.
