Ingredients

  • 60 grams oats
  • 2 dates
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 flaxseed egg (1 tablespoon flaxseed and 3 tablespoons water)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened organic soymilk
  • Agave inulin (amount not specified)
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • Baking powder (optional)
  • Apple cider vinegar (optional, a splash)

Preparation
