Tofu Anchovy in Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- 3 blocks of tofu
- A handful of anchovies
- 1 tomato
- Small packet of coconut milk
- 2 bay leaves
Spices
- 5 shallots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 8 bird's eye chilies
- 2 candlenuts
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Seasoning to taste
- Oil for frying
- A little water
Preparation
Stir-fry the spice mixture until fragrant.
Add the anchovies and stir.
Then add water as needed and coconut milk.
Add the tofu.
Cook until the spices are fully absorbed.
Adjust the seasoning and serve.
