Indonesian Candlenut Chili Sauce
Ingredients
- 10 curly red chilies
- 15 red bird's eye chilies
- 100 grams green bird's eye chilies
- 3 candlenuts
- 1/2 tomato
- 5 shallots
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon palm sugar
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Fry all ingredients except palm sugar and salt until fragrant, do not over-dry.
Then coarsely grind and add palm sugar and salt to taste.
Finally, pour 2 tablespoons of hot frying oil over the sambal, stir well, and it is ready to serve.
