Simple Bowl with Rice, Veggies, and Seasoned Beans
Ingredients
- leftover white rice
- broccoli
- kabocha squash
- 1/2 cup cooked black beans
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- ginger
- garlic
Preparation
Take 1/2 cup cooked black beans and season with 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, ginger and garlic to taste.
Sauté the seasoned beans until a glossy sauce coats them.
Assemble the bowl with rice, broccoli, squash, and beans.
