Simple Bowl with Rice, Veggies, and Seasoned Beans

Ingredients

  • leftover white rice
  • broccoli
  • kabocha squash
  • 1/2 cup cooked black beans
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ginger
  • garlic

Preparation

  1. Take 1/2 cup cooked black beans and season with 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, ginger and garlic to taste.

  2. Sauté the seasoned beans until a glossy sauce coats them.

  3. Assemble the bowl with rice, broccoli, squash, and beans.
